Miso ramen with beef, mushrooms and greens

"The key to making a good ramen at home is to spend time getting the flavours of the broth right. Here, star anise, ginger and miso paste in simmering water provide a fragrant base for the mushrooms and greens. It is poured into bowls after with cooked noodles, sliced steak, coriander and a chilli mixture."
