50g (2oz) bulgur wheat
200ml (7fl oz) hot vegetable stock
2 x 31g packs flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 x 31g pack coriander, chopped
1/2 x 30g pack chives, chopped
2 tbsp chopped mint
3 spring onions, chopped
1 beef tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp sumac (optional)
